venues. Our two function rooms are fully appointed to ensure
your conference, seminar or product launch will be a success.
Away from
the hustle of the city working life, the relaxed atmosphere and
idyllic surrounds of Hawks Nest are conducive to a great working
environment.
Our
large conference room can accommodate 70 people when seated
theatre style, or 50 people when seated around conference
tables. Our flexible tables can be configured as you require.

Hawks Nest Lodge has 30 rooms,
ranging from motel rooms to spacious one and two bedroom units.
To accommodate all your delegates, we will need to place some
in superior rooms to others.
In
the near future we will also have available 14 apartments;
comfortably appointed with the option of 2 and 3 bedrooms.
 Dining
All meals will be served in the newly renovated Ocean
Side Restaurant & Cafe,
or, if you require a little more privacy, we also have a
separate dining room available.

Includes hire of conference facility, tea, coffee, over period
of conference, plus mints and water, accommodation (twin
share) breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, plus a variety
of lunch menu’s, evening meal to suit your needs.
SILVER PACKAGE $55.00 P.P.
Room hire, tea, coffee and mints over period of conference,
morning and afternoon tea, plus a variety of lunch packages.
BRONZE PACKAGE $150.00
Room hire, tea coffee mints, over period of conference.
